  2. Take your beef bacon and sprinkle the Nashville hot seasoning generously over each slice. This ensures every layer is loaded with flavor.
  3. Take a half mozzarella stick and wrap a slice of seasoned beef bacon around it, making sure to cover it completely. Secure the ends with toothpicks if necessary.
  4. In one bowl, place flour; in another, beat some eggs. You’ll use these to coat the wrapped mozzarella sticks.
  5. Dip each bacon-wrapped mozzarella stick first in flour, then in the beaten eggs, and back into the flour for a double coating. This will give your sticks an extra crispy texture.
