Sweet Chili Chicken Wraps are a delightful blend of tender chicken tossed in a sweet and tangy chili sauce, all rolled up in a soft tortilla with fresh veggies. They are easy to customize and perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Sweet chili sauce
  • Bell peppers
  • Carrots
  • Cucumbers
  • Whole wheat tortillas
  • Fresh cilantro or mint
  • Lime juice

Instructions

  1. Start by cutting the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. I usually season them with a bit of salt and pepper for extra flavor.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add a splash of oil and cook the chicken pieces until they’re golden brown and fully cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Make sure to stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
  3. Once your chicken is cooked, pour in the sweet chili sauce. Stir well to coat all the pieces, allowing the sauce to caramelize slightly. Let it cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. While the chicken is cooking, chop your chosen vegetables. I like to julienne the bell peppers and carrots for a nice crunch.
