Fold in the left and right sides of the tortilla slightly, then roll tightly from the bottom upwards into a firm cylinder. Repeat for remaining wraps. Serve immediately, or wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to a few hours. For presentation, slice each wrap diagonally.
