Instructions

  1. Wash and Prepare the Produce: Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Peel the carrots and cucumber, then chop them into smaller pieces.
  2. Core the Apples: Remove the cores from the apples and chop them into quarters.
  3. Prepare the Spinach: Rinse the spinach well and roughly chop the leaves.
  4. Juice the Lemon: Cut the lemon in half and extract the juice, removing any seeds.
  5. Peel and Chop the Ginger: Peel the ginger and chop it into smaller pieces.
  6. Set Up Your Juicer or Blender: Prepare your juicer or blender according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  7. Juicing with a Juicer: Feed the carrots, apples, cucumber, spinach, ginger, and lemon juice into the juicer. Add honey if desired.
  8. Juicing with a Blender: Combine all ingredients in the blender with 2 cups of filtered water. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  9. Straining the Juice (if using a blender): Strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth for a smoother texture.
  10. Taste and Adjust: Taste the juice and adjust sweetness or tartness as needed.
