  • 4 cups sliced peaches
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine about 4 cups of sliced strawberries and 4 cups of sliced peaches. Add 1/4 cup of brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Toss gently until the fruit is well coated, then set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix together 1 cup of rolled oats, 1 cup of flour, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Add 1/2 cup of melted unsalted butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Pour the fruit mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the oat topping generously over the fruit.
  5. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.
