Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets, ensuring they are uniform in size for even cooking.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of water, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika until smooth. The batter should be thick enough to coat the cauliflower.
  4. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing any excess to drip off, then place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. In a separate bowl, add 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs. Toss each coated floret in the breadcrumbs, ensuring they are evenly covered.
  6. Lightly drizzle olive oil over the coated cauliflower bites.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden and crispy.
