These Big Mac Wraps feature seasoned ground beef, fresh veggies, and a creamy special sauce, making them an ideal choice for a quick and satisfying meal. Perfect for lunch or dinner, they can be enjoyed as is or crisped up in a skillet for added texture.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup pickles, sliced
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (for the sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (for the sauce)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Use a spatula to break it apart as it cooks.
  2. Once the beef is browned and no longer pink, drain any excess fat from the skillet.
  3. Add the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce to the beef. Stir well to combine all the spices evenly.
  4. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. Remove from heat and set aside.
  5. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, white vinegar, sugar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  6. Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Set aside.
  7. Lay out the large flour tortillas on a clean, flat surface. Make sure they are warm and pliable; you can microwave them for about 10-15 seconds if needed.
  8. Spread a generous amount of the special sauce over each tortilla, leaving about an inch around the edges.
  9. Evenly distribute the cooked beef mixture over the sauce on each tortilla.
  10. Top the beef with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and sliced pickles. Be careful not to overfill, as this will make wrapping difficult.
  11. To wrap the tortillas, start by folding in the sides over the filling.
  12. Next, take the bottom edge of the tortilla and fold it up over the filling, tucking it in tightly.
  13. Continue rolling the wrap tightly until you reach the top edge. If needed, you can secure the wrap with a toothpick or wrap it in parchment paper for easier handling.
  14. Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas until all the filling is used up.
  15. If you prefer a crispy wrap, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  16. Place the assembled wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  17. Remove from the skillet and let them cool slightly before slicing in half for serving.
  18. Serve the Big Mac Wraps with extra special sauce on the side for dipping.
  19. Pair with your favorite sides, such as fries, onion rings, or a fresh salad.
  20. For a fun twist, you can also serve them with a side of coleslaw or potato salad.
  21. If you have leftovers, store the wraps in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  22. To reheat, place them in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through, or microwave them for about 30 seconds.
  23. For best results, avoid freezing the wraps as the texture may change upon thawing.

Notes
